Our Opponents:

AFC Croydon Athletic nicknamed the Rams are in the Isthmian South-East Division (Step 4). Last season they finished in 12th place on 55 points from 42 games. Their top goalscorer and captain last season Brandon Pierrick who scored 43 goals in 97 appearances for the Rams left during the summer and has joined Tonbridge Angels.

This match was originally scheduled to be played at The Mayfield Stadium home of the Rams but following various issues inc a small amount of fire damage to the clubhouse arising from Travellers occupying the area next to the stadium, we were asked to host tonight's game. Their FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round tie on Saturday against Roffey FC has also been switched to their opponents ground.

The club saw changes in 2023 with Danny Young, Wilfried Zaha and Stormzy all involved behind the scenes. They are managed by former Gillingham, AFC Wimbledon and Ebbsfleet United striker Danny Kedwell who was appointed in February 2025.

The Millers
Tonight sees the penultimate pre-season game for the Millers with just Saturdays home game against Sittingbourne at 1pm left prior to the opening league game at home to Carshalton Athletic on Saturday 9th August. Manager Steve McKimm will be back in the dug out tonight after his holiday and will be looking to fine tune the squad with possibly a new face or two to be added prior to the start of the season.
